Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
To plan and strategize all the bench sales activities within defined time frames.
To develop and implement sales strategies.
To maintain daily work reports.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Good Knowledge of System Engineering, and Advanced Java, Struts, Spring /Hibernate.
Should have good communication & teaching skill. good command over English language (both verbal & written).
Person having right teaching attribute.
Candidate is expected to do conduct training for both corporate & Engineering/College students.
Extremely detail oriented and well organized.
Hands on Online Training Experience Required.

Install, configure and performance tuning of a 3 node 10g RAC multi-terabyte high throughput OLTP production environment on Redhat Linux platforms and NetApp Filer storage. Create Various SQL and PL/SQL scripts for verifications of the required functionalities. Create various database triggers using PL/SQL. Generate a number of reports for management to review for system functionality as against the old legacy system. Work on optimizing existing procedures and functions using PL/SQL. Primarily working site is Irving, TX, may work in other location as assiged. Req: MS degree in Computer Science.
